The Lark Lane Conservation Area
Liverpool City Council designated the Lark Lane Conservation Area on 17th
November 1976. They produced a 4-page leaflet of Guidance Notes in 1979,
and this Page gives an outline of the topics covered in it. Unfortunately
due to copyright held by the Graphic Design Unit of the Council I am unable
to reproduce the drawings from it. If you would like more information or
a copy of the original leaflet, please contact:

"A fascinating mixture of development is contained within
the area, the scale of which reflects the rapid growth and wealth of Liverpool
in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries."
