The Lark Lane Village Green
|

|
A Village in a City
Lark Lane, in the pleasant South Liverpool suburb of Aigburth,
is a 'trendy' place, cosmopolitan and bohemian at the same time. It is
situated on the edge of Sefton Park, a large, famous, Victorian heritage,
and is well known as having a 'villagy' atmosphere.
UPDATE - 23rd April 2004: A voluntary group of people under the auspices of SMLLCA
(St Michaels & Lark Lane Community Association) have launched a new
site - larklane.com, partly based on this
one, but more up-to-date, as I haven't got the time to do it. I'm retaining
this presence for now, because larklane.com
does not include much of the information
available here.
